I replaced my flat roof around 11-2025. The company is excellent. They came out completed the job, no problems. I highly recommend this long standing company. I think the prices are fair. They are not the cheapest and were not the most expensive. What also helps me make a decision is the longevity of a company. This company has that advantage. When I bought my home in early 2003 they were the company that put on the original roof to this home from the previous owners. It’s also why I used them the roof has lasted a really long time. My Mom n Dad, and my brother n I lived n Clearwater and were raised there. When my Father replaced the roof on our house he chose the Dean Roofing Co. At that time I was dating an employee, Danny Gordon. He and his brother Patrick were excellent trouble shooters and trusted employees. They came out with a crew and installed a beautiful new green n white gradient colored shingle roof. That was in 1982 or 1983. They sold the house in 1991 and when we visited this past spring we went by to look at the house. It still has the roof they installed. I would recommend the Dean Roofing Co. to anyone who wants to have a professional premium roof installation.
